FOR AS MUCH AS THEY COMPLAINED , THERE ARE SOME BENEFITS TO ATTENDING POLITICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS PARTIES. there is the obvious advantage it gives to amaranthine's standing , shoring up relations with allies , creating new ones as such ; they hate politicking despite their talent for it. &. there is also the benefit of seeing one another in their finest clothes.

rowena has paid her husband a number of compliments throughout the night that have been returned in kind but this one brings a small flush to her cheeks as his whispers into her ear. she smiles &. kisses him softly , never stopping the rhythm of their waltz.

It's best to remain measured with meetings like this. The way Jagna regards the other is in part careful, but truthfully she still looks a touch listless — like she can't fully bring herself to properly react. Seasons change fast, after all. These days, all she is is a name used to instill children's fear. This one is ancient, and that's often nothing good.
