The beep test is a thing you do in school, to see if you're like good at running... You have to run from point A to B (which is about 20 meters I think) within a specific time. It has different levels, from 1-20 I think. Altho, normal is to come to about 6-9 if you're not training. Every time you hear the BEEEP you have to run to point A from B, and so on. Over and over again, with no pause. Until you can't do it any more and just falls on the floor. It's horrible!
