Here's a odd story
I've been on a mini vacation with my best friend for her graduation. We did a ton of normal things for us: shop, movies (saw Dark Shadows finally and there was less than ten people in the whole theater), and a movie marathon at the hotel room.
I know mannerisms for when traveling- in meaning how to be kind to those next door in a hotel that does not have sound proof walls. Well my friend upped the sound and took the remote since I had problems with the thought of other people hearing us and assured me that the walls were thick enough.
Well, a good time later we started hearing a constant thump- on the other side of the wall that the beds were up against. We stared at each other wondering what the heck the people next door were doing. Lovely Brit blinked at me with a mortified look and asked me if they were doing what she thought they were doing. We paused the movie and then we started hearing moans. She sputtered and I cracked up laughing. We turned up the tv a little and kept it that way even when the noise stopped fifteen minutes later.
Then later, when I was laying in bed- the people above us started going at it around two in the morning. We woke up to the same sound too- so to screw with people's heads we turned on Cartoon Network.
When my bestie's parents came to help us carry our stuff out they told us- since their room was on the other side of the hotel Brit's dad said with teasing confidence "Well, it wasn't us."
