Some things this next week will be here to test your patience. Whether, it’s issues that are arising with elders in your life or quite possibly with anyone who is facing medical challenges in your life. Here is to remembering that you can not care for others if your cup is not full itself. Asking for help is OKAY. Taking a mental break is OKAY. Being a caregiver in ANY capacity is never an easy task and usually takes a village that most don’t want to admit. Life is meant to be lived and loved and remaining strong through the process required lots of faith and hope for everything to work out. Lean on friends. Lean on professionals. Take a long hot bath. A stroll in the crisp air of morning or night. This week, healing any relationships with those in our lives is MUCH NEEDED but remembering that it’s a two way street and that if effort is not shown it is okay to change your mind and retreat. This week though focus on healing relations, it’s never our wish to pass away with riffs between each other. Sometimes the weight of the world seems to be on your shoulders, yet you know that it’s making you more strong! Bringing your awareness to what may be causing you pain today is incredibly beneficial. Acknowledging your pain, sorrow and grief can wildly benefit you more than imagined. What has been weighing heavy on your heart? Talk to someone about it. Write it down. Work it out. Create with it. Just know that the longer you shove it into the shadows the longer it will take to heal or recover from what ever it is that is affecting you. A little ritual I love doing in these instances is writing a letter to the person or experience and forgiving all of it; the person, the experience and yourself! Allowing yourself to find closure. Then burning the paper you wrote it on and burying the ashes in to the ground afterwards. Simple yet highly effective in regards to sowing what was and allowing something new to become of it. Take time today to be with whatever it is that is weighing on your heart. Speak truthfully. Speak compassionately. Speak with tact. One thing I have realized in this life is that clear communication is a key to it. When you don’t speak with integrity, more times than not that relation will hit a bump in the road. That relation then becomes a bit turbulent and bitter. But when you speak from your heart, when you bring awareness with out mal intent or you genuinely feel a certain way about the topic you’re speaking to the bumps tend to be smoothed out and navigation becomes much more easily dealt with. We don’t always get what we want but we definitely can benefit from how ones message is reacted too. Some days you wake up and you realize change needs to happen in order to move forward. Other days you wake up and feel that it has already happened, more quickly than you imagined. Today, is a one of the days where you know in order for growth you must make the changes. You’ve been overly critical of yourself. Show yourself some compassion possibly forgiveness. Look back over he period of time that been getting to you and realize how far you’ve come. Knowing that a few more changes need to happen in order to fully move forward. Change the way you see yourself and allow it to be more about where you want to be and how that makes you feel and less about where others want you to be and how they feel about you. No one but you can change for yourself; wanting to do it for others gives you a slight motivation but right now, this change needs to be all for you! You, are where you need to be to see what was and use it to create a new intention to manifest and work towards where it is you want to go! Giving myself permission to #JustBe This is something that is a continual work in progress as I seemingly am a walking contradiction of actively doing yet simply just being.
