neighbor: a term for those a soulbonder knows from their soulbond's reality (and that their soulbond knows), but that has never interacted (i.e. visited/communicated) with the soulbonder themself. they may or may not know of the soulbonder. think of it as a term for a "person of interest". you are also free to use this term for walk-ins and anyone else who may come from a separate reality/lives another life; feel free to replace the words "soulbonder"/"soulbond" with whatever makes it relevant to your usage.
