Least Favorite book/movie? :3

I didn't think I had a least favorite movie until I remembered the absolute shit-show that was the movie I was forced to watch for Spanish class. It's called Volver and it's absolutely insane. Granted, I had taken maybe two actual lessons of Spanish before watching this so I didn't understand much , but what I did understand was awful honestly. The movie is about two sisters, let's call them Elder and Younger, they are orphans and Elder has a daughter and a partner. Partner tries to rape Daughter and my girl just stabs that bitch, Elder is very understandable but from this moment forward she takes the stupidest decisions ever. She wraps up the body in a blanket and , since her fridge is too small and her boss is out of town , she and her daughter drag this totally not-corpse-shaped lump in bright daylight all the way to the restaurant where she works to hide the body in the fridge. Now , I've never disposed of a body but I don't think putting it in a place that other employees have access to is the best idea. You'd think that the whole movie would revolve around this pretty big problem right? Wrong. During all this drama Younger ( after visiting her hometown bc I-don't-remember-which-relative died ) comes back home and opens up the trunk of her car to find her mother there. The mother who died several years ago, alive and kicking and maybe even with luggage? I don't remember. This woman , let's call her Mother , pretty much gives little to no explanation? Just stays there and lets her daughter believe she is a ghost. We don't need to wonder who the favourite daughters is bc as soon as Elder comes to visit Mother spills the beans ( but only to her, I'm pretty sure that no one explains anything ever to Younger but I hope I'm wrong ). Mother explains that her husband raped Elder , or maybe he just attempted to , and then cheated on her. So Mother followed her husband and lover one night and set fire to the house they were in. For some reason she also pretends to be dead and does so for years , letting not only her daughters but the whole town mourn her for this long. At the end Elder's partner is buried somewhere ( with the help of yet another random person that should not have been involved ) and Mother keeps staying with Younger ? Maybe ? No idea. All the random rapists aside ( who at the very least all die) this movie is just insanely batshit and nonsensical, with people randomly coming back from the dead and loved ones being extremely chill about it for some reason? I guess it's just a random tuesday for them?? Wtf?
