how do you resize without screwing up the lines? Everytime I try to resize something, regardless of the program, the lines just get blurry and gross

That’s the downside when dealing with raster graphics, you’re going to loose details when sizing up or down. Generally, it’s best to draw extra big (and color etc.), then size down once you’re all done. Only do it once, as the more you resize something, the blurrier it will get.

small correction: the petting/cooing/whatever isn't a state based law, it's a federal law so it would be illegal in any state inside the US
