October 20th 2023 - Timbaland launches "My Way" by Anna Margo.

Timbaland dropped a teaser of a song he recently produced for Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist 'Anna Margo' called "My Way". He would release the full song and music video on Friday, October 20th, 2023 and many Aaliyah fans noticed Aaliyah similarities to the beat and other instrumental elements.

Timbaland samples Aaliyah's "Are You That Somebody" using a few lyrics from his own rap intro on the song ('Dirty South'), the beat, as well as the baby cooin noises.

Some fans loved it, and others ultimately hated it disclosing that they felt Timbaland was trying too hard to find a new Aaliyah.

Flo Rida Samples Marky Mark & The Funky Bunch For New Bop ‘Sweet Sensation’

Flo Rida just staked out a claim for 2018 Song of the Summer honors. His latest single is a serious bop that should do major damage in the coming months.

The 38-year-old rapper’s “Sweet Sensation” samples Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch’s iconic 1991 hit, “Good Vibrations.” It’s arguably a tad generic but undoubtedly infectious. If you loved the original 90s hit, you’ll enjoy this one as well.…
