Do you have foot insoles? If you work on your feet all day you should really get some it'll help a ton! I did when I had my first retail job. Saved me and my soles.

I don’t have any at the moment, but it’s definitely on my list to buy as soon as possible. :)

I actually went to the doc, but they couldn’t pinpoint the cause, they could only treat the problem with anti-inflamatories :/

Girl! My heating pad was 5 years passed the expiration date. I was scared it would explode if I threw it in the microwave lol. I’m much better now though. :)
