I've had a little bit of improvement with chewing so i tried apple again instead of only soft foods because i miss it and i've genuinely eaten zero fruit or veggies for... too long now. It wasn't even very painful, i managed a few small pieces. Then i had some forceful rest because i couldn't keep my eyes open and barely from exhaustion after a few bites. And then my lower jaw started to pound and ache like nothing i've ever experienced. The left side each individual teeth hurts. The entire jaw bone is painful. It doesn't increase much from small movement but is increasing. I have no idea what i fucked up with trying to chew apple but i fucked up something. I've never felt anything like this. It's not the intensity of the pain, it's the type.
I'm a bit concerned and very confused, if any of this sounds familiar or you have ideas, please let me know. I will be talking to my doctor asap, including about imaging of my jaw, but anything that has a chance of helping to figure out what's wrong with my jaw, would be greatly appreciated
