at the same time i get why robby is being this way to langdon. as he said; he broke his trust, the patients trust etc. but just…how he said it. he didn’t need to tack the er bit onto the end of it. i have a feeling frank despite all the warmth he’s getting from others (donnie, dana, al) it’s not what he wants. he desperately wants robby’s forgiveness because he’s the one who he let down the most. dana states they use to be close and he knows he’s messed up, and he’s trying to make amends. he did what robby asked of him too, went to rehab, took the steps, must be actively going to na meetings because that was what robby asked him to do so he did. yes, i get he’s upset but from the pov that frank is still so unsure of himself and his place,, the comment at the end was unnecessary. especially when he then proceeds to ask santos if langdon has talked to him as he actively avoids him. you can tell frank is truly getting frustrated now which, yeah, maybe he shouldn’t of apologised then but what robby did…and he’s obviously so shaken from it. the questioning felt a bit provoked, a bit punishment. im glad mel helped.
