Chinese Fake-Out! Honey-Sriracha Cauliflower (originally a chicken dish I made before, but I wanted to try it using Cauliflower. Swapped honey with maple syrup to make vegan-compliant) with brown rice. Avocado Egg Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce. (If you know of vegan egg rolls, this could easily be vegan) I was a little nervous to make the egg rolls but I reallllyyyy wanted to try it.
