SOLVING DATAÂ
I solved my data in motion builder for my two characters. And decided to use the same character that I generated in the autodesk character generator for both the actors, since I will probably just be using their mesh/figure outline and not the actual character design.Â
I re-targeted the mocap data to a Maya skeleton rig using the live connection between motion builder and Maya and after baking the data, I was able to bring it back to maya to start my Maya particle exploration.Â
