SolFocus: Factory to Field

SolFocus CPV products were designed with high volume manufacturing in mind. Using arrays of small concentrators and sizes appropriate to the automotive manufacturing industry has allowed the company to ramp into volume manufacturing in a flexible, fast, and inexpensive manner. SolFocus has 50 MW/yr capability, with the ability to expand its capability within a 6-month timeframe. This video shows the manufacturing process mixed in with footage of the final product in the field.
