          arms   wrap   around   her,   hesitant   breathes   escaping   him   as   the   anxiety   of   the   next   day   set   in.   everything   was   going   to   change.   nothing   would   be   the   same   after   tomorrow.   either   they   all   would   be   lying   under   the   god’s   feet,   or   they   would   be   standing   in   the   sun.   amadeus   could   almost   feel   the   warmth   at   his   shoulders.  

          a   laugh   escapes   him   as   he   burrows   his   face   into   her   shoulder,   ❝    i’m   not   a   kid   anymore,   amos.   ❞

          his   childhood   stolen   by   the   god   above,   he   still   was   young.   only   a   few   months   since   his   nineteenth.   the   cruel   middle   ground,   of   not   quite   a   child   anymore,   yet   not   an   adult.   still   a   teenager   with   a   glance   toward   adulthood.  

          however,   he   nods   once.   adeus   would   find   it   hard,   to   fight   against   that   mindset   of   growing   up   too   fast.   however,   he’d   try   to   act   his   age   more.   attempt   to   live   happily   with   what   he   had   been   refused.

     The bard looked up at the woman, someone who was alive so long ago. At first, he had thought her visage was only an illusion, seeing something imaginary from his lonely memories. Though, considering as how she is interacting around the environment around her, all the Anemo Archon could do was stare in both awe and disbelief. He didn’t realize just how much Amos was missed until he felt the ache in his heart. 

     At her words, his features soften to a smile. How did she know it was him and not. . .  He mentally shook that thought away, discarding it for a later time, not now for only happy thoughts and words.
