45. What makes you get out of bed in the morning?

i have depression and anxiety, so most days it's hard to do anything, not just get out of bed.  but i know that's not going to change anything, if i don't try to keep moving.  i want more for me and my life than it's been, i want better.  so, i just get up these days trying to keep moving forward and hoping one day, even if little by little, it starts to pay off.  i'm too old to be standing not far from where i was in my high school days, and i'm too young to feel so dead all the time.
