Might I reccomend pharah? you’re not into the backlines but there’s not a moment you need to be in cqc with her. Her rockets also do splash damage so if you’re just kinda aiming them towards the enemy you’ll still do damage. She’s also one of the simpler characters to pick up and play

I might try her more later lmao I did play pharah a bit but I found the shots hard to land due to slow projectiles and trying to make direct contact with people with the rockets rather than just shooting at the ground next to them 

which just meant my rockets would go past them and hit a wall or some shit when i wasnt in the air 

im overall happiest with bastion so far between the tankiness and self repairing and being able to do a lot of damage in sentry mode 

just kinda sitting still 

I might try some other characters again today but i need to set up my controller before i do so, i was just using my keypad and mouse like my mmo’s and I kept getting lost due to the different commands of different characters 

have you tried d.va yet? She’s not a simple tank but she’s easier than Zarya for sure

briefly, i had no idea what i was doing, just kinda became a big easy target for people with rly piss poor damaging guns that couldnt seem to decide if they wanted to be assault rifles or shotguns lmao
