#sofie appreciation post

It's Sofie's birthday today! She's turning 21, which is a pretty swaggy age. That's just one of the many things that I love about Sofie - her vocabulary is the best. Here are some other things that I love about Sofie:

She's pretty damn funny.

She's pretty. Period.

But she's pretty in a "Fuck You" way - which is great.

Her willingness to start a blog with me.

Her aesthetic is terrific. She has great taste.

Her style. I've never seen someone who looks so great in a crop top.

Her lips. Seriously guys, Sofie has the nicest lip shape ever.

Her politics.

Her dorky love for Fiji Water - which I tease her endlessly about.

Her work ethic. We may call ourselves lazy, but Sofie works two jobs and goes to J-School, and has a freelance career, and she has time to write stuff on here.

I often get some funny reactions when I let it slip that I met one of my best friends on the internet. We followed each other on Instagram, then Twitter, then started talking so much that we decided it would be crazy not to meet eventually. We thought of this blog and executed it before ever having met in person though - something that we're incredibly proud of. I hope that your birthday is wonderful Sofie, and I wish that I could swing by to buy you a cider.
