May 15, 2023: Bennington College announces that Along for the Rideās Sofia Alvarez will address the class of 2023.
Benningtonās ceremony was streamed live on June 3rd. Sofiaās introduction begins at the 1hr 13min mark (of course thereās a mention about her work with TATBILB and AFTR).
She takes the stage at 1hr 15min and speaks for almost 25 minutes getting in detail about her career path after college.
Sofia basically fills in all the details I couldnāt find when I researched her career in the lead up to AFTRās release including that she turned down the chance to write TATBILB: Always and Forever, almost wrote a Disney live action, and only agreed to write Along for the Rideās screenplay if she could direct it.

the original AFTR endings
and plenty of other small details
I canāt find it on Spotify, but it is on Apple Podcasts. If you donāt have access to that, thereās an uploaded copy on the Sarah Dessen drive I created.
ETA: You can listen to it on YouTube now. (Youāre welcome. š)
