My friend Sildher told us about this spot called Mookie’s BBQ in Great Falls, Virginia 🍗 One of the best BBQ 🍖 spots I’ve ever been too. You know me, I went for the Pitmaster Sampler 🤤 Came with pulled pork, pulled chicken 🍗 brisket, burnt ends, 1 smoked sausage link and 3 baby back ribs. Went to a place called Melting Pot Pizza 🍕 in Front Royal, Virginia. You know this place has to be good considering how packed the parking was. They had two of my favorite things, Wings & Pizza 🍕 ❤️ I ended up getting an order of the traditional hot 🥵 wings. They were very good 😌 what I would expect from good wings. Then we ordered a bunch of different types of pizza 🍕 They call it the East Coast Thin Crust Pizza 🍕 they cut it very different. The slices made me feel like a kid eating the pizza lol I enjoyed the crunchiness of the crust. The different flavors were good, but for some reason it reminded me of frozen packaged pizza. Which some I do love ❤️ Overall, this place was good. Not one of my favorite pizzas, but it was worth the visit. I would stop here again. The locals seem to love it. People were carrying out 3-5 pizzas at a time. Sykesville Station 🚉 what a hidden gem 💎 First of all it’s so cool how you can see the train pass by the restaurant, but anyways, the food… The food was amazing, for starters I got the Cajun Steak 🥩 Bites, blackened, served with remoulade. We are in Sarabeth’s. One of the best places to get brunch in Key West. I always like to start my meal off with a drink so I got the Watermelon 🍉 Mamosa. It did not disappoint. In fact I had a few 😆 For my meal 🥘 I had the Egg Benedict. Two poached eggs 🥚 English muffins, avocado 🥑 sausage, shrimp 🍤 and of course the hollandaise sauce. Wow tasted amazing, like heaven in my mouth 👄 I also had to try their Millionaire Bacon 🥓 Went perfect with my egg benedict. The two flavors really complemented each other. When it Key West one must eat seafood 😋 Today we are feasting at Conch Republic Seafood Company. To start off we had the Fried Calamari. Super delicious 🤤 had the right amount of crunch and the perfect taste. For my entrée I had the Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Shrimp. I would like to add it was the winner of the Masterchef Classic! The jumbo shrimp stuffed with lump crab 🦀 wrapped in Applewood smoked bacon and finished with Korean bbq glaze and pineapple salsa. Served with island rice and chefʼs fresh vegetables. Had dinner 🥘 at Hummingbird in Old Alexandria. The atmosphere is amazing along with sitting outside. For my starter I had the Grilled Octopus 🐙 highly recommended. For my entrée I had Nana’s Meatloaf, which was amazing.
