Maybe it’s sodium-related? Pizza is some pretty salty stuff, and it can take your body awhile to recover from a sodium overload. Maybe track your sodium for a bit and try to stay around 1500-2000mg/day. I know if I eat salty food I bloat like crazy.

You know - I never really thought about that. More accurately, I thought about it but wasn't sure how the sodium would affect me considering that I do pretty good with drinking my 64 ounces of water every day. I am going to think about it now though and cut back on it where I can. There are small things that I can change that would probably help.
