THIS PROJECT EXPLORES THE SOCK AS A MEANS TO UNDERSTANDING PRACTICES AND PROCESSES OF CARE IN AND AMIDST SUPPORT STRUCTURES. MOVING THROUGH EPISODES, THE SOCK BECOMES THE MIDDLE GROUND BETWEEN FOOTWEAR AND THE FOOT ITSELF, EXPOSING THE SPACES INBETWEEN AND THE PRACTICES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES NEGATED AND/OR IGNORED. USING THE LENSES OF CARE AND SUPPORT, THE PROJECT ADDRESSES THE QUESTIONS OF FLEXIBILITY, FRAGILITY AND IMPACT WITHIN THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN BODIES. THE EPISODES OSCILATE BETWEEN HOLISTIC AND ISOLATED FOCUSES, BACK AND FORTH, IN ORDER TO CONFRONT OUR DISORIENTATION IN TAKING STEPS, STEP BY STEP. IT INTENDS TO EXPAND THE PODIATRIC-SPHERES IN AIM OF ENHANCING OUR ABILITY TO RECEIVE, UNDERSTAND AND PART-TAKE IN CARE PRACTICE.
