Are you using a particular program to map out your dating sim's storyline? Im interested in being able to organize my own work in a similar fashion.
yes I’m just using inklewriter.com! it’s completely free/open source and lets you plot out branching plots and either 1. turn it directly into a text based interactive story on the site itself (how I’m going about it) or 2. export the data as a a JSON file for game coding
so far I really like the site! the only major downside I’ve discovered is you can’t have the user input text - only select from your responses. so you can’t have characters refer to your reader by name, basically lol
