​Winter magic continues at Promenade Bellerive... ❄️💙

​Here is a little more from my walk this morning. 🚶‍♀️✨ I could stand here for hours just watching the ice floes slowly drift down the river. 🌊🧊 There’s a quiet strength in the winter landscape that feels so peaceful and grounding. 🏔️🌬️

​The fog over the water and the soft snow falling... it really is a scene from a dream. ☁️🧚‍♂️ I’m so happy I can share these calm moments with all of you. 🤍🙏

January 19 /26 got to spend the weekend over at my friend’s acreage out in the country 🌳 unfortunately during this same weekend I busted my glasses… I’ve been trying to find a good replacement, and I found one I really like for around $300… but I’m not too sure if that’s a good price? They’re from the brand Bailey Nelson, if anyone has experience with that in Canada? Just feels like a lot, but I need a new pair. Anyways, just another stressful thing but hopefully it’ll be resolved soon… not only that, but I also had a pretty rough meeting with my supervisor. I made it pretty unproductive because I shied away from sharing my writing with him, and looking back on it I really should’ve let him see it. I got kind of worked up about it later because I felt like I stood in the way of my own learning today. Times go on though!
