Do you think think it’s marketing strictly for this movie or do you think there’s a chance that they were entertaining Jonsa for the Game of Thrones sequel Kit was in talks for and he and Sophie are using this as a sort of test? Someone said that before and I didn’t buy it but Sophie calling Kit her brother in that interview did make me wonder
I know that it’s most definitely marketing for the dreadful movie. I cross my fingers and hope to die on that hill that it is a screen test for jonsa in a GOT sequel. Kit Harington and his “Freudian slip” at the HBO GOT convention in December 2022 really convinces me it was being discussed. I really feel like Sophie is “being honest” and laying it on really thick “that’s my brother” to get people interested and desensitized to the idea. If the dreadful movie does well, or even well enough to pass “the test”, just maybe we’ll get the got/jon snow sequel after all. Or we won’t. I’m not convinced it will happen, but I am convinced it was being entertained, and kit and sophie are without a doubt playing around with it in this movie. “We kinda have to do it” …sure jon.
