Inspired by @our-coolwerewolfcollector's comic of Dark with Chica, reminded me of how many egos I've just arbitrarily assigned pets.

Dark:

Definitely a dog dad, probably an Australian Shepherd

Wilford:

Is convinced he has a cat, it's actually just Marvin in his cat form

Actor:

Owns multiple snakes, although his favorites are his rainbow boas

Google:

Doesn't keep pets, but tries to take good care of the bugs in his garden

Murdoch:

After not wanting you to be lonely while he's on jobs, he gets you a small golden doodle puppy, his name is Brutus

Illinois:

Golden retriever named Nugget, got him when the two of you moved in together

Yancy:

Has trouble committing to just one dog, so he volunteers at the local animal shelter and fosters when they're overcrowded

Anti:

You cannot convince me he would not be fascinated by fish, watching them for hours

Marvin:

If we're not counting Higgins, then he'd say he doesn't need one, those cat toys are his

Jackie:

❤️- He loves touch and doing acts of service for you. I wouldn't say that Damien is a clingy man, but he definitely prefers to have an arm around your waist or you holding onto his arm. He's a very kissy man, and will leave no place unkissed if you let him.

💍- Damien is the kind of man to want to propose as soon as he falls head over heels for you, but doesn't for a few years because his anxiety makes him doubt himself. He pays particular attention to what kinds of rings you admire, and commissions a personalized ring for you. He carries it with him everywhere, just in case.

💊- Fussy, fussy man. He demands you stay over with him, he takes several days off, and absolutely lets you consume his entire attention. Luckily he has staff to make sure that he's not sacrificing his own health for you, and it helps since he just wants to hold you in bed until you're better.

Dark not being a pet dad is a crime against humanity, so here we fucking go.

He's the most reluctant cat dad like, ever

You have to convince him that the cat is not going to kill him in his sleep for him to even consider being in the same room as it

Something about cats just happens to make him uneasy

Slowly he starts warming up to the cat, and lets it sleep on the windowsill as he works

You catch him napping with the cat laying in his lap or on his chest, with just a hand resting on its back

The cat now likes him more than it likes you, tough titties

I love me a dilf Dark. Top tier.

A bit awkward about it, not really knowing how to parent fully as his parents were kind of absent and he (Damien and Celine combined) was mostly raised by nannies

Relies heavily on Wilford to help him, as he’s a lot better with children than Dark is

Don’t get me wrong though, he loves you with his entire heart and would go to the ends of the world for you

He is the proudest dad in existence, and there’s an entire hallway in the house filled with framed artworks you made for him, like his own personal gallery

Dark mostly focuses on making sure your basic needs are met, such as cooking or checking on your health

He tries to be attentive to your needs, and be open to hearing your grievances, no matter what caused them

😘- Dark is incredibly timid about this, knowing that he is a powerful being. He asks over and over if it's alright before you just pull him into the kiss. He wraps his arms around in you in a wanting embrace. He's cold to the touch but the kiss warms his long dead heart.

🗡️- If you (like me) believe in a more Damien-leaning Dark, then his weapons of choice would be a large axe or a shotgun. This is assuming he doesn't have access to his dark tendrils, or is being attacked in the middle of the woods. To remember his time with his sister, he does keep a cabin in the mountains with her shotgun and his axe there, hanging above the fireplace, untouched.

📖- He has a very extensive library of books he has collected over the century he's been around. A lot of them are either historical fiction or mystery novels, with a few foraging guides for the local flora. Occasionally he'll read a cheesy romance book, although that's usually with you sitting next to him, giggling as he narrates it for you.
