Hello, yes, this is one of the Snipeflies in the genus Rhagio.
It looks like a very common species, Marsh Snipefly, R. tringarius, family Rhagionidae, but may be another species.

Marsh Snipe Fly (Rhagio tringarius) in my backyard, July 2018. The adults of these large flies don't seem to feed, while their larvae feed on soil-dwelling invertebrates.
