Norwegian producer Snasen makes hypnotic ambient electronica, tempered with a healthy dose of hopelessness. Interestingly enough, “Ink Blot” puts to use drum samples very similar to those in Snoop’s classic “Drop It Like It’s Hot” but the tone is more of utter devastation than carefree clubbing. The track’s a bit of a challenging listen but is absolutely worth the time. 

Listen When: it’s hour six of an 18 hour night in Scandinavia.
