Snake cooking Oneshot

You yawned as you watched the pot on the stove slowly start to boil, you had woken up early to cook soup since it certainly was a process.

You cut up all sorts of vegetables; carrots, onions, celery and you also had added corn as well. Then you cut up the meat, something you absolutely hated along due to the disgusting smell.

You brought your plan up to your face to rub your eyes when you saw that Snake was now awake, Snake smelled the air then looked at you.

“ What are you cooking good looking?” Snake said smirking which earned him a sigh from you.

“ I’m cooking Soup, isn’t that obvious by all the different ingredients?” You responded back to Snake who just nodded his head as if he was following along.

“ Mhm and now I have to sample everything first before it goes into the pot.” Snake said reaching over to grab a carrot. You slapped his hand away and sighed.

“ Snake don’t you dare.” You responded to Snake who just pouted sadly.

“ Can I at least have some pasta after it’s done cooking?” Snake as sheepishly you nodded your head and Snake clapped his hands happily.

“ Sounds great thanks darling, now I’m gonna go back to bed, it’s way too early for me to be up.” Snake said kiss you before walking back to the bedroom. Before he went into the room he turned back and winked at you, he was gonna be back and he was gonna be hungry and ready to eat that’s for sure. 

Snake work up a few hours later and both the soup and noddles was complete. You poured Snake a bowl and he looked like he’d die from excitement, the man really did love to eat. He devoured the bowl and immediately asked for seconds and told you to sit down and relax.

“ I’ll handle the clean up darling, eat you deserve it. “ Snake said smiling at you, as he got his seconds. You sat down and poured yourself a bowl.

Sometimes you wondered how you had gotten this lucky to find a man like Snake. Snake thought the same exact thing but for you, he didn’t know what he’d do without you. Or your cooking of course.
