Just wanted to remind yall to Stay safe this summer. I was going swimming a few days ago and I saw a very upset copperhead (for those unfamiliar copperheads are one of the venomous snakes in the south/ south eastern part of the US [they may have a larger range I'm not sure])

All this to say please be careful! Familiarize yourself with your local wildlife especially the venomous kind. Know what they look like and what the first aid is in case of an unfortunate event.

I NEVER see wild snakes! And this one was super chill. I didn't try to mess with it at all, I was just happy to observe, but it waited until I backed up to a decent distance to sneak away!
