the snackitarian diet
by brisss (pronounced brie)
people keep telling me, "brisss, depression is complicated."
depression is meals.
meals are too big.
your stomach gets overwhelmed.
then you get overwhelmed.
people don’t listen to their stomachs anymore.
they only listen after it’s already upset.
that’s backwards.
people always say, “brisss, you have to eat proper meals.”
nobody waits until their goldfish is thirsty before they give it water.
they just keep the water coming.
your stomach is basically your inside pet.
you have to take care of it all day.
not three big feedings like a hamster.
nobody wants to live like a hamster.
snackitarians don’t.
we snack.
constantly.
your stomach stays busy.
busy things don’t get depressed.
people keep asking me, "brisss, is snackitarianism healthy?"
my stomach has been very quiet and polite lately.
it used to make all kinds of noise.
now it doesn’t.
interesting.
that seems like progress to me.
i hope this clears things up.
