Pantry Staples: Snack Chips.
I have three types of Snack Chips that are regulars in my Pantry. If you have more, let me know.
Moisture is my main concern with these chips. Humidity, moisture in the air, can turn these chips from crisp to cowed in a day. San Diego isn't humid, but my Kale and NoTater chips will lose their crispiness in one-two days. So I'll either keep them in the dehydrator or put them in the dehydrator for an hour before sampling them to my students.
