Ingredients: 1 box chocolate cake mix. 3 large eggs. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 1 cup water. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/2 cup melted butter. 2 cups mini marshmallows. 1 cup chocolate chips. 2 cups whipped cream. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup. 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and chocolate cake mix in a large bowl. Mix until it's smooth. Use paper liners to line a cupcake pan and fill each cup two thirds of the way to the top with batter. In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Get graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together and make a crust while the cupcakes are baking. Break the cupcakes up into little pieces when they are cool. Put the graham cracker crust, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and cupcake crumbs in serving glasses or bowls. Do this again and again until the glass is almost full. Add a big dollop of whipped cream to the top of each parfait. Add chocolate syrup to the whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs on top to decorate. Serve the S'mores Cupcake Parfait right away and enjoy it!
