Mr Snag,
I’ve recently become aware of the fact that my brain refuses to refer to SneegSnag as anything but “Mr. Snag” or “The Only White Boy”.
I can’t stop this for some reason.
got into an argument (not actually hostile, just silly) about this recently. Here’s about how that went
Friend: what do you mean, “The Only White Boy”? You’re literally a white boy? Do you mean to say that FitMC is not a white boy?
me: FitMC may be a boy, and is very much white, but Mr. Snag holds the title of “The Only White Boy”. Others, including myself, may be boys who are white, but we will never be able to achieve his level of being “The Only White Boy”.
friend: are you ok?? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING??? WHY ARE YOU CALLING HIM MR SNAG???
me: Mr. Snag is his official title.
friend: uhhhh???? No? He’s sneeg snag??? He does not deserve that level of formal recognition!
me: Now, I would appreciate if you were not rude to our “The Only White Boy”, Mr. Snag.
friend: have you taken your meds?
me: That is irrelevant. The answer is no, but still. That does not pertain to Mr. Snag, and therefore has no relevance in our conversation. I would like to shift gears back to the discussion of “The Only White Boy”. friend: is this a reference to something?
me: smokeyBee once made the mistake of implying that Mr. Snag was not their favorite white boy. From then on, Mr. Snag became “The Only White Boy”. It was a grave dishonoring of Mr. Snag, and they should be ashamed for what they’ve said about our beloved Mr. Snag. Truly ashamed.
