1st Ability- Eagle’s Blessing: Hebe is constantly accompanied by an eagle companion gifted to her by Zeus. While the eagle is within her company she gains a second basic attack that deals 50% of Hebe’s basic attack damage. If the eagle successfully lands three basic attacks onto the same enemy god they receive a protection reduction.

Hebe may target this ability at an enemy or allied god. If she targets an allied god her eagle flies to the target god and that ally gains a secondary basic attack dealing 50% of their basic attack damage but does not apply a protection reduction. If the allied god is her beloved, the eagle instead deals 65% of the god’s basic attack damage. Hebe may keep her eagle companion on an allied god for an indefinite length of time but may reactivate this ability to have it return to her. If she recalls the eagle, this ability goes on cooldown.

If Hebe sends the eagle to an enemy god they swarm the enemy while pecking at their flesh which deals damage and slows them over time. If the enemy god is below 50% the eagle gains bloodlust which empowers the ability which inflicts a protection reduction.

2nd Ability- Chalice of Olympus: Hebe summons a golden chalice which pours a random drink onto the battlefield. Enemies in the area take initial damage and damage over time while in the area. Allied gods in the area receive a burst of healing. Depending on the alcohol within the chalice this ability has additional effects. Hebe has a passive icon to indicate which liquid is in her next chalice.

Initial Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (40% Magical Power) Damage over Time: 20/25/30/35/40 (+15% Magical Power) every .5 seconds Heal: 60/100/140/180/220 (+30% Magical Power) Wine (Red) Effect: Inflicts madness on enemy gods in the area for 1.5 seconds Ouzo (White) Effect: Inflicts intoxication on enemy gods for 2.5 seconds Absinthe (Green) Effect: Cleanses all crowd control on allied gods Ambrosia (Gold) Effect: Increases this ability’s healing by 25% and all healing on the targeted allies gods by 10% for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 15/14.5/14/13.5/13 seconds

3rd Ability- Divine Mercy: Worshipped as a goddess of forgiveness, Hebe shows mercy to those who would harm her or her allies. By targeting an enemy god in melee range she mesmerises them by granting them by her mercy. If an allied god attacks the mesmerised god the damage gains a bonus scaling off Hebe’s level. If the mesmerised god is at 10% health or below the next instance of damage by an allied god is an execute. Hebe cannot benefit from the bonus damage or execute.

Mesmerise: 1.5/2/2.5/3/3,5 seconds Bonus Damage: 10% + 1% per Hebe’s level. Cooldown: 22/21/20/19/18 seconds

Ultimate- Aging Waters: Hebe fills an area with fountain waters which leeches off the life of enemy gods removing her gift of youth from them. Enemy gods in the area are inflicted with a ramping slow that gradually becomes a root then a stun. If an enemy god takes all of the ticks of this ability they become withered which reduces their maximum health and inflicts a damage increase against them.
