She could sense a presence nearing, a being entering her territory. Well good -- perhaps because she was getting hungry and impatient and because the shore was one of her territory, she knew she could dominate over who ever that crossed her path. Their scents were nice, it only stimulate the hunger in her, making the walls of her empty stomachs rubbed against each other and the friction made was only enhancing that need. The need to actually consume human flesh as it was what she had been living off for years. And after days, or rather; weeks of not doing so, her hunger only intensified and she had been craving for such glorious meat each second her heart was beating. And they came approaching closer.
"My, my. It's actually late out here. It's not a god thing to walk alone at night you know. There might actually be things out there in the sea --" Pausing, for mortals that couldn't see past her glamor, Serena was one of them -- a lady in her mid-twenties casually strolling off the length of the shore on a very late autumn night.
