Hey! I'm also training for a marathon. (although mine is in Oct.) I was wondering if you're using a specific plan? Or if your workouts/long runs are based on previous experience. Currently trying to find what works for me! Thanks!!!
Hey! I’m currently using a free plan from RunKeeper for a sub-3:30 marathon goal; however, it looks like RunKeepers no longer makes free training plans available so that is a BUMMER :/
BUUUT, I’ve answered a bunch of questions about training before so I’m gonna link them all below because it is a lot, and if you still have question please feel free to ask :) I have both used pre-made plans and made my own plans, so if you were wondering if you’re on the right track, I can also help with that too!
