#smashbrovaz

So, Juns (as I call him) and I met...actually we don't really remember how me met, but we think it was through Mason Payne somehow.  Few years later we finally met in Waterloo, ON at a cool little club that used to exist.  Then a few more years later, our friendship FINALLY, took off.  So far, it's pretty cool; I'm meeting a lot of people through him, which is really good for a Toronto newbie who also happens to be a photographer.

My photos won't be completely consistent in post-production, but I do edit according to the mood of that day captured, but...this is, and will be hopefully, all shot with my 50mm f/1.8, so that will be the most consistency of my shooting with this project.

Anyways...

I started photographing this amazing human being back in December 2012.  I attended the Smash Brovaz album release party, which was also Junia-T's birthday party.  It was freaking awesome, the vibe was so, so nice and friendly.  The boys did awesome on stage and their fans just lapped up every bit of their performance and threw back all the love that was in the room.

So, I've shot him (with my camera) about six times so far and realized, ummmm....I've unknowingly started another documentary project of my own...on Junia-T.  Well, why not continue, this is what I do, I have an amazing subject, it's never boring, there's always new, I guess you can call them sub-subjects?  Yeah, hehehe.  Different angles, different lighting, and always sometimes-different venues and locations.
