Many may be forgiven for thinking it just another basic slip case, but it’s ample padding, choice and placement of materials, toned down, earthy colours and high production quality make it something a little more special than first appearances might allude. I was warned that Waterfield produce premium quality cases with premium prices, but the $59 that the iPad Smart Case will set you back isn’t a patch on the prices of some high-end cases out there. It’s almost a designer bargain!

WaterField Designs has announced the iPhone 4 Smart Case with new colors and naturally tanned, distressed, leather sides. The Smart Case is a perfect snug fit for Apple’s new iPhone 4. Three carry-options include a svelt Slip style, a Clip style for attaching to belts or other garments, and a Flap style for attaching to bag straps.
