I used to think adults knew best, I guess not.
At my school, we had a poll sort of thing for all the students. At my school, Hillary won. It looks like teenagers have better taste in politics than most of the adults in the United States
okay but
have you ever thought about how many smart people there are on this site ?! literally there are a lot of people who post entire history lessons on here that aren’t well known or how to solve equations and stuff like that…
I am a little frustrated with well read teens who think they know everything. So your understanding of social issues surpasses your typical sjw, so you are critical of mainstream liberalism, so you know something about something. Maybe you should be aware that everything you think you know rings true or doesn't based on your personal context and just because you have made a judgement about something doesn't mean your perspective is the final word. This is true even if you are a member of some oppressed group.
And for that matter, have you thought about the bottom line much lately? Like what is the point of it all? Are your interactions and your philosophy supporting the same values? I don't know maybe I am butthurt that people don't share my veiws, but I would really love to be able to see how some of these people change or stay the same after about 15 years. Or maybe even just 5.
