Dr. Julian built Echo as a prototype for Zane, so before he died instead of after (the first time lol). Zane didn’t get built until the lighthouse. Echo was used basically to run tests and trials before Dr. J built the final product. Y’ know he wanted to work out all the kinks first.
How did the ninja find Echo more like how did Echo find the ninja! He didn’t have his memory wiped, so he wasn’t roaming like Zane was. Instead he walked right to the monastery! He remembered Wu and knew how to find him because he didn’t have anyone to take care of him anymore!

Yes actually but I’ve never posted anything about it except for the initial idea forever ago and I’m not going to talk about it or the story until it’s all done and ready and squeaky clean but I drew for you a tiny silly little concept outfit for Zane for it that I’ve been thinking about all day
