It is scary, and it’s also frustrating with the lockdown, but we can do it! I send you the biggest hug! Abot your request, if you don’t mind I made it a bit less extreme and it’s just them comforting them in general. Thanks for requesting!

Clark: 

First things first, Clark would try to comfort you

Make you see that your emotions are valid

That it’s alright to be scared, it’s alright to cry

It’s alright to reach out and lean on the people you love

You might cry to vent your emotions, and he would let you

If anything, he would hug you tight and get you through it

Constantly whispering sweet nothings into your ear

His thoughtful and loving attentions would make you feel better

Especially since he makes you feel so safe, like he intends to

Clark always says he will protect you from everything

And even if some things escape him, he’s still there no matter what

Somehow, Clark always manages to make you feel safe, even now

All the more when he gives you that sweet big grin of his 

And when he starts joking around to distract you a little

Oliver:

Oliver is not the best at comforting people, really

He has a difficulty to talk about emotions sometimes

Instead, he would be all playful and tease you to distract you

Granted, there are also lots of hugs and kisses and cuddles

But Oliver would try his hardest to make you laugh

With silly jokes, or playfully picking on you like he does

If that doesn’t work, he offers to teach you archery

That way he also has an excuse to flirt and tease a little more

“No, no, your form is all wrong, let me show you” 

Then he would stand behind you and fix how you handle the bow

Probably whisper something cheeky to make you blush and/or laugh

“If you wanted to have me closer, you just had to ask”

“What?” “You didn’t have to pretend to be terrible at it”

“I’m not pretending, Ollie” “So you admit that you’re terrible?” “Shut up”

Lex:

He would try his best to distract you

And for him, there are an infinite number of ways to do that

Lex would take you to his house and try to entertain you there

For example, trying to teach you how to play the piano

Or just showing you a few of the songs he has learned over the years

Giving you a smile and joking a bit (

“Forgive me if I’m terrible, I might be a little rusty”

Or maybe giving you something to read, showing you his wide variety

The Luthor library has many books, even if most of them are classics

You are a bit drained, so you suggest just sitting down for a bit

He would offer you a warm beverage, maybe hot cocoa

And he would snuggle you in the comfortable couch

Sitting before the fireplace and cuddling, maybe talking

Even if you find that classic music relaxes you a bit

So Lex would put some for you, choosing whatever song you like best

All he wants is to make you feel better, he would do anything

Hell, he would even play hide and seek in the big mansion

Anything as long as you were distracted and not scared

Lex Luthor:

Lex hardly ever gets sick and he hates it

He doesn’t like feeling so defenseless

And so dependent on other people as well

He does appreciate that you look after him

And that you’re really kind and patient

Because he insists on doing things

For starters, he pretends like he’s not sick

Keeps working and doing what he normally would

And even when his body tells him he needs rest, he’s stubborn

Doesn’t want to go lie down at first until you convince him

Seeing that you are such a good nurse, he feels a little better

You give him medicine and make sure he doesn’t get up

And he thanks you for putting up with him

When you’re sick, he is incredibly gentle with you

Not that he’s being used to caring for someone, really

His first instinct is to call the best doctor he knows

So they look after you properly, but you refuse it

All you need is rest and some affection, which he’s not used to

So he’s a little flustered about it all, but obliges

And is constantly asking you if you need anything

Giving you some medicine and spoiling you as much as he can

No, it’s great! Lex is such a complex and interesting character (especially in earlier seasons) and I don’t get many Smallville requests, so thanks! :P

Lex Luthor:

Everyone knows Lex isn’t the most emotionally available person

On a daily basis, he doesn’t really show how much he loves you

Sure, he’s always protecting you in his own way

But he’s never openly affectionate, nor speaks his emotions

When you are apart for a really long time, however, things change

He had time to consider how distant he can be

How he misses you and wishes he could hold you tight

And knowing how much he adores you, he doesn’t want to be distant

He trusts you and loves you and wants to show it

It won’t be easy for him, but he misses you

So he makes a mental note to put more effort into showing it

Into telling you how he feels and being more affectionate

Little by little, but he wants to make you feel loved

As loved as he feels by you, as grateful and moved

When you finally reunite, he heaves a sigh of relief

It is painful how much he had missed you and freezes

Luckily, you take the first step and run to him

He automatically opens his arms and engulfs you in a hug

You collide as you cling on to each other

Lex holds you close, forcing himself to say he missed you

You says you missed him too, and feel him tighten his hold on you

You can feel all the contained emotion in the gesture

As Lex promises himself to do better, because you deserve the best

Clark:

Clark knows it, and he can be so cheeky about it

Trying to be really romantic but also being mischievous

You could be doing anything, minding your own business

And then Clark comes out of nowhere and holds you tight

“Clark!” You’re a bit startled. “What are you-?”

And you only get to see his smirk before he kisses you

He’s also very passionate, holding you in a special way 

Between his hands and his kiss, your knees feel weak

When you break away, you’re gasping for air 

Clark would chuckle and watch you with amusement

“Are you trying to kill me, Kent?” You weakly smile too

He knows the effect he has on you, and it annoys you

You have to rest your forehead on his shoulder to calm down

“Are you going to faint on me?” He teases you. “Don’t worry, I’ll catch you”

“Shut up” You say back, softly slapping his chest

Clark just laughs a little, putting that innocent grin of his

“I love you” He just says, kissing your nose to apologize

You scowl but can’t even be mad and hug him too

Jimmy:

The first time you kissed, you were over the moon

Jimmy was so surprised to see how much you got into the kiss

You were breathing heavily and he was almost afraid you’d faint

“You okay?” He’d ask you, smiling sweetly and holding you tight

“Yeah, never better” You smile back and hold on to him

From that day, Jimmy is very amused about this

But also thinks it’s heartwarming, it means you love him so much

That you’re as passionate about it as him and he loves it

It makes him melt on the inside on his own way

And when he’s feeling specially cheeky, he’ll kiss you out of the blue

Which only makes you whine and giggle, much to his further amusement

And Jimmy will always laugh a little and kiss you on the forehead

“You’re adorable, Y/N” He will mumble, chuckling shyly
