New cheese alert! From Minnesota’s, the Caves of Faribault, comes a lovely Gouda called, Saint Mary’s. ⠀ .⠀ The ancient sandstone caves provide unique aging conditions and properties for cheese. This Gouda is crafted by Master Cheesemaker, Bruce Workman, of Edelweiss Creamery. It’s then sent to the Caves for aging.
