This is my favourite flavour now (even though it is very hard for a flavour to beat coffee for me). I have used @slimfastuk throughout my weightloss and I have had good results due to how practical, easy and low preparation time it has. I have it everyday for a quick dinner I enjoy. At the end of the day it is about calories in and calories out though but this is so easy to prepare I can't ignore it xD. Does anyone like slimfast like I do?
