Motivation- Uff sounds like a strong word, isn't it. Many people out there are inspired of few people who may be either be their role models, or their favorite characters, or in some or the other way they like a particular person. Right, so when you are inspired from them, are you also trying your best to get into their position? or is it just like you listen to the speech's that they give and get motivated for few minuets and go back to your normal life ? This is where many people back off  !!  Today you are inspired of a particular person, and that inspiration should let you to get motivated, it should let you to start working a twice harder than you were before and your mind should work on just one dream " Today they are my inspiration and tomorrow i am the inspiration to them". Their will be many people who inspire you by their words, but its you who should know how to take those words in actual practice and improve yourself even more than earlier, and to do all this you must first be "Self- Motivated", unless and until you - yourself doesn't have that desire to achieve something in your life, no ones words or speech's can bring a change in you. Its you who have to bring out the change and achieve something that you never had before.let the change come within you, and let that change remain throughout, and let it motivate you to improve yourself and one day you will be an inspiration to others. "You got inspired from them today - Tomorrow you are their role model".  It is all dependent on how dedicated and self motivated you are. So people are you self motivated ?
