I'll be taking a walk later tonight and will see this on my journey home. Its in a park where I play basketball in the summer time and in the evenings, this park has many who are homeless who sleep on the benches. This light means that the NYPD has cleared them out of the park... . . . I reflect every time I come through here about how even though I've lived through rough patches in my life, I've got it infinity better than many people in many ways. Its hard to get out of my own head and see the pain of others but sometimes I try to do just that because I know its hard to do... I never want to take for granted anything that I have. I am very fortunate to have the life I do and I still want and expect more to come from it... I just hope that in that journey that I can do something about the problems we have in our world. The way our world is built up, no government with power, money or influence has any excuse to not positively affect those who are going through poverty. We have just too much in this world to not be able to help those who need help...
