#slanted shape tutorial

First, you are going to want to open up a new canvas in whichever size you are wanting your icons to be, next you are going to want to pick the pen tool, which is pictured below

after this you will want to do the following settings, which is also pictured below and will need to be clicked on to see it better

after that you just start drawing your shape. you can do straight lines and curved lines and even slanted lines all of which can be connected together to create your shape. Just remember to do CTRL+right click to select the smaller of the shapes and then add a layer mask to the icon to apply the shape.
