She was not one to leave the castle often at all, mainly because she was forbidden from it, so she was quick to make note of the new visitors from the outside. She was aware of who they were, Kaos had mentioned it and seemed to be almost ecstatic about it. However, she was not so happy.
No one was supposed to know she was there. To most of Skylands she was simply missing after being exiled. However, she was not going to just hide in her room until they left. Not to mention they seemed to be taking a lot of attention away from Kaos and Kaossandra. Basically the only two people she could talk to. So she needed to find someone else to talk to, and someone she could at least somewhat trust. Of course this was assuming Kaos didn’t already blab about her presence within the castle.
“Uh, hey. You know you can use the guest rooms, right? Just because there’s a guest castle doesn’t mean you have to stay there.” Kayla peeked around the corner of the doorway. Making sure there was no one else present except just her and Wolfgang. “I think it would get quite cramped, to be honest.”
