β’ Read newspapers, look at bulletin boards, listen to gossip at salons and other places. Try to understand people. Encourage people through cards, gifts, etc
β’ Go mall watching. Try to guess what people's lives are like.
β’ Drop change in public places for kids to find later on.
β’ Make cards for every occasion. They don't have to look good.
β’ Leave out a bowl of your hair every time you cut it for the birds to make nests from
β’ Get a small wagon or similar container and 20 pebbles. Every time you're happy, add a pebble into the container. Every time you're sad, place a pebble next to the container.
β’ Have a traveling companion, like a rat. Animals are nice but a lot of work, so a small plushie would also work.
β’ Learn an instrument and play it publicly. Ukuleles are nice.
β’ Dress however you want to. Pay no mind to other people's opinions.
β’ Cheer for everyone, for every accomplishment big or small.
β’ Find an enchanted place. Meditate there regularly.
