basically a fictional crush i think (from what ive seen) is a charactr you like but in a romatic way?? for me theyve always been my favorite characters. i also had "crushes" on cahracters that were probably me hyperfixating on them and not realizing. i also thought that was the norm to have crushes on characters too.

but i think it doesnt have to be a favorite character. or even one you like?? idk but it would explain why people have crushes on asshole characters. i think its just someone you find romantically attracted to. all i know for is its very confusing. ig its like having a crush on someone irl or celeb crushes (i dont even wanna try understanding celeb crushes) i think people look at the character and go "i want to do something romantic with them" and thats a fictional crush ig??
